London and District Building and Construction Trades Council

London District Building and Construction Trades CouncilThe 18 construction Local Unions, some more than 100 years old, form the London District Building & Construction Trades Council. These unions represent more than 6000 construction workers in all the trades that work in construction in the London area. The Trades Council represents these individual and autonomous Local Unions on broad community issues where their interests are aligned. These voluntary affiliates of the Council provide all the skilled trades to hundreds of employers in the London area.

London & District Construction Association

From its conception in 1898, the London and District Construction Association has brought together contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, and many other firms associated with the construction industry. It is funded and governed entirely by its members and serves to benefit not only the members, but the entire construction industry.

London Home Builders’ Association

London Home Builders’ AssociationThe London Home Builders' Association (LHBA) is a professional organization comprised of builders, renovators, developers, suppliers, subcontractors and supporting financial institutions and professions committed to ethical building and business practices. The LHBA consists of more than 233 members. This number is increasing and accounts for 88% of all new homes built in this vibrant area, 150 plus subcontractors, suppliers, many large corporations and numerous members of supporting professions.

London Development Institute

The London Development Institute (LDI) represents the majority of London’s development community. Its mandate: to work with City Council and Administration on development and tax-based issues as well as monitor the timing of infrastructure projects. Its 11 members provide jobs and homes for Londoners through their developments and are key contributors to our city’s economy. With millions of dollars of projects underway in London each year, the LDI advocates for smart growth to shape our vibrant city in a way that provides ongoing opportunities for its residents.

London Home Builders’ AssociationThe London and St. Thomas Association of REALTORS® is a professional organization committed to serving the real estate needs of the community and to providing its members with the services and education required to promote excellence, knowledge and a high standards of ethics and business practices.

London Property Management Association

London Property Management AssociationThe London Property Management Association (LPMA) was established in 1967 as a common meeting place for landlords to share ideas and gather information. LPMA is run by a group of dedicated volunteers whose overall goal it to assist residential income property owners/managers in understanding and administrating effective property management techniques and relevant legislation, LPMA has more than 375 landlord members representing approximately 35,000 rental units.
